Identify and design training and development solutions for francesca’s key programs to include onboarding, guest experience, operations, visual merchandising, and human resources. Consult and collaborate with stakeholders on training and development strategies, needs and implications of potential business decisions.
Establish and refine training programs and tools to meet strategies and financial objectives. Contribute to planning, developing, and implementing products, systems, and programs to enhance and grow the brand. Develop and reinforce strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to meet targeted deadlines within budgetary guidelines.
